Validity and Rigour in Soma Design-Sketching with the Soma

We report on the design processes of two ongoing soma projects: Pelvic Chair and Breathing Wings. These projects take a first-person, approach, grounded in holistic perspective mind body (the soma). contribute reflective account our that deepens field’s understanding how is achieved through first-person approaches. show we use somas, experiences, to stimulate process, prototype as way critiquing emerging designs.
